Located one block from the transit hub in downtown Asheville, this four-story multi-family project accommodates 50 apartments comprised of efficiency, 1 bed & 2 bedroom units while addressing the residential nature of its surroundings through horizontal banding and craftsman-style detailing. This project meets a great need for urban-infill affordable housing in the area.
