MICA VILLAGE LOFTS
Asheville,North Carolina

Mica Village consists of 10 loft apartments constructed in the spirit of New Urbanism, utilizing the best principles of Green Building, and features include exposed original brick and hemlock beams, original wood floors, covered lower-level parking, and a large park-like greenway.

     
 

GLEN ROCK APARTMENTS
Asheville,North Carolina

The Glen Rock is a 150,000 SF mixed-use building containing three levels of internal parking, 27,000 SF of commercial space at street level, a 4,000 SF community center situated on the creek, and 100 residential units.Upon completion, this project will be LEED Certified.

     
 

McINTYRE & COMPANY
Charlotte, North Carolina

In addition to offices and warehouse space, this unbuilt project was designed as a showplace for McIntyre & Company's products and services.Part of achieving this was providing a sunlit cafe' and designing the project for LEED certification.

     
 

THE GRIFFIN
Asheville, North Carolina

Located one block from the transit hub in downtown Asheville, this four-story multi-family project accommodates 50 apartments comprised of efficiency, 1 bed & 2 bedroom units while addressing the residential nature of its surroundings through horizontal banding and craftsman-style detailing.
