The Glen Rock is a 150,000 SF mixed-use building containing three levels of internal parking, 27,000 SF of commercial space at street level, a 4,000 SF community center situated on the creek, and 100 residential units.
The parking deck rises three levels out of the ground as a "half basement" and is screened at street level by commercial / retail space which is interrupted in three locations for automobile access to each of the three deck levels. Residential levels are linked to commercial levels by the community center, which takes in the creek side path at level one and opens out to the courtyard and terrace at level four.
